We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for your therapist’s time, we have adopted the following policies:
• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity
for someone else to schedule an appointment.
• If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged up to 100% of the service. This amount must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing at least 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is not only inconsiderate to your therapist and their time but also means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without the appropriate
notice for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. You will be charged the full amount for your
missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made in full.
We reserve the right to require credit card to book appointment. If you have fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24hr prior to appointment, we request that you cancel. Please do not risk your safety to make an appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, & weather may not result in charge, but will be determined case-by-case.
Please arrive 5min before the appointment for consultation and paperwork. Please call if you expect to be late so we can try to accommodate you. Arriving after appointment time may result in loss of session time. Full service will be charged when the session is shortened due to late arrival.
Clients under 16 must have parent/guardian fill out a release form & remain in the treatment room. Clients who are 16-17 must have a release form filled out by parent/guardian & guardian remain on premises during the session.
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. The full price of service will be due plus a $50 inconvenience charge. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
